Returns & withdrawal
30 days to change your mind.
You can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That is longer than the 14 days the law requires.
To start a return, email support@portandplug.com with your order number, or send us the form below. We reply with the return address and instructions.
We refund the price of the item and the original delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the item back, or proof that you have sent it.
Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Items must be returned within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
Faulty or damaged items
Every item carries the two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If something is faulty, write to us with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it, including any postage.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Company Name], [Registered Address], support@portandplug.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
